Who it is for

People whose thoughts keep running at night, whose body feels wired but tired, and who find that the harder they try to switch off, the more awake they become, and who want a psychologist alongside them while they do it.

How it works

Using psychology, nervous system conditioning, and guided hypnosis, the program helps you develop new associations with rest and recovery, supporting your mind and body to feel safer slowing down and switching off without fighting it or forcing anything. A 1:1 clinical session is included, so this work is guided directly by Jessica rather than self paced alone.

The approach
